SECTION 6A – SHIPPING; RISK OF LOSS; DELIVERY

Once the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) accepts your package:

Title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Neither Digidrop nor LDF is responsible for:

Lost packages
Stolen packages
Packages marked “delivered” but not received
Carrier delays or errors
Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Damage that occurs during shipping

Delivery Scan = Fulfilled Order

If the carrier marks the package as Delivered, your order is considered fulfilled and complete.

Customer Is Responsible For Filing Carrier Claims

We may assist as a courtesy, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed for carrier issues.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided “as is” without warranties. Use at your own risk.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Third-party links may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices. Complaints should be directed to the third party.

SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK & OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If you submit creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, photos, videos, reviews, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Digidrop and LDF a:

Perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license
to use, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display such content in any medium.

We are not required to maintain User Content in confidence or compensate you for it.

You agree not to submit false, harmful, infringing, unlawful, or misleading content.

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your submissions.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS

Binding Arbitration

Any unresolved dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

You waive:

Jury trial rights
Class-action rights
Representative action rights

Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief only for intellectual property matters.

SECTION 21 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content—including designs, artwork, photography, logos, trademarks, text, and digital assets—is the property of LDF, Digidrop Inc., or their licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit content without written permission.

SECTION 22 – SHIPPING; RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.
Neither Digidrop nor LDF is responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after carrier acceptance.

SECTION 23 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & LDF EASY EXCHANGE

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
If a conflict exists between these Terms and the Refund & Return Policy, the Refund & Return Policy controls.

⭐ SECTION 24 – LDF EASY EXCHANGE PORTAL — REQUIRED USE

(Integrated per your instructions)

To ensure accurate processing, all returns and exchanges must be initiated through the official LDF Easy Exchange Portal.
This is the only authorized method for submitting return or exchange requests.

Portal submissions are:

Processed first
Processed faster
Automatically tracked

Manual requests may take longer and must follow instructions exactly.
Unauthorized returns may be rejected or returned at your expense.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct item, size, and color in the portal.
If the selected item later sells out, we cannot modify the exchange.

If a conflict exists between portal instructions and the Refund & Return Policy, the Refund & Return Policy controls.

SECTION 25 – PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNT CODES & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Promotions, discounts, and codes:

May be canceled or modified at any time
Have no cash value
Cannot be applied retroactively
Cannot be combined unless stated
Are void if misused

We are not required to honor pricing errors or offer price adjustments.
