LURIE DANIEL FAVORS COLLECTION — PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all special purchase methods offered on the Lurie Daniel Favors Collection website, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy programs (if applicable).
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

If a conflict arises between this Policy and any other policy, the most protective policy for Digidrop/LDF prevails.
1. SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF OFFERED)
Certain items may be offered as subscription purchases, where products are delivered on a recurring basis.
1.1 How Subscriptions Work
When you purchase a subscription:

You agree to recurring charges based on the delivery frequency selected.

Your payment method will be stored securely through Shopify or our payment processor.

You will be automatically charged for each renewal unless you cancel prior to the billing date.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.
1.2 Managing or Canceling a Subscription
Customers may manage, modify, or cancel a subscription at any time through:

The link in your order confirmation emails, or
-
Your account portal (if you created one)
Important:
Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing date.
If an order has already entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
1.3 Failed Payments or Expired Cards
If your payment method fails:

We may retry the charge
-
We may pause or cancel the subscription
-
We may contact you to update your payment method
Unpaid subscriptions may result in order cancellation.
1.4 Returns & Refunds
Subscription orders are covered under our Refund & Return Policy.
Used, worn, or washed items are not eligible for return.
2. PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are:

Not yet in stock,
-
Currently in production, or
-
Part of a limited-edition LDF release.
2.1 How Pre-Orders Work
When you purchase a pre-order:

You may be charged in full, partially, or not at all at checkout depending on the product.

Your payment method may be securely stored and charged at a later time.
-
When the item becomes available, your order will be fulfilled automatically.
Important:
All items in a single order ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
If you want in-stock items sooner, place separate orders.
2.2 Cancelling Pre-Orders
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order only if it has not yet entered fulfillment.
Once a pre-order:

Enters fulfillment or
-
Has shipped
…it cannot be canceled.
You may request a return or exchange after receiving the item (subject to eligibility rules).
2.3 Payment Authorization
By placing a pre-order, you authorize Digidrop to:

Store your payment method securely
-
Charge your payment method for the remaining balance
-
Fulfill your order automatically when inventory becomes available
We are not responsible for failed or expired payment methods.
2.4 Pre-Order Production & Delays
Production or fulfillment delays may occur due to:

Manufacturing timelines
-
Weather events
-
Carrier disruptions
-
Supply chain delays
-
High-volume releases
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge these timelines.
Pre-orders cannot be refunded due to standard production variations or timing shifts.
3. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY (IF OFFERED)
If we provide a “Try Before You Buy” option:
3.1 How It Works

Your payment method will be authorized at checkout, but not charged immediately.

You will have a defined trial period (displayed at checkout) to decide whether to keep the item.

If you keep the item past the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically.
3.2 Returning a Try-Before-You-Buy Item
To avoid being charged:

The item must be returned through the LDF Easy Exchange Portal
-
The item must be shipped back before the trial period expires
-
The item must meet all condition requirements:
-
Unworn
-
Unwashed
-
Undamaged
-
No stains, scents, deodorant marks, or wear
-
Failing to return the item will result in a full charge.
3.3 Failed, Blocked, or Declined Charges
If we cannot charge your payment method after the trial period:

Additional attempts will be made
-
Your account may be suspended
-
You may be submitted to collections
-
Fraudulent attempts to avoid payment will be reported
4. UNAUTHORIZED CHARGEBACKS
Any chargeback filed for:
-
Pre-orders
-
Subscription renewals
-
Try-before-you-buy charges
-
Authorized stored payment method charges
…is considered a violation of this Policy.
We reserve the right to:

Provide proof of authorization
-
Dispute the chargeback
-
Suspend user accounts
-
Refuse future purchases
-
Pursue further remedies if fraud is detected
5. PAYMENT METHOD STORAGE & AUTHORIZATION
By placing an order through:

Subscription
-
Pre-order
-
Try-before-you-buy
You authorize Digidrop to:
-
Store your payment method
-
Charge your payment method for future installments
-
Charge the remaining balance at fulfillment
-
Charge for unreturned try-before-you-buy items
-
Charge for subscription renewals
We do not store full credit card information—our payment partners do.
6. POLICY CHANGES
We may update this Policy at any time.
Changes apply to all purchases made after the new effective date.
