Through our new return partnership with UPS and USPS, eligible customers can now start an exchange or return online, receive a simple QR Code, and drop off their item at a participating UPS Store or USPS location — with no printer, no paper label, and no unnecessary friction.

Simple Steps
1. Visit the LDF Easy Exchange & Return Portal.
2. Enter your order number and the email address connected to your order.
3. Select the item you want to exchange or return.
4. Confirm your exchange or return online.
5. Choose your new size, new item, or available product from the LDF catalog.
6. Receive your QR Code and drop-off instructions.
7. Take your item to a participating UPS Store or USPS location.
8. Show your QR Code.
9. Track your exchange or return from your smartphone.
