REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. OVERVIEW
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.
Our products are produced in limited quantities, often made-to-order.
Therefore, returns and exchanges must follow the guidelines below.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unworn

Item must be unwashed

Item must be free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, or pet hair

Item must include all original tags and packaging

Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Items failing inspection will be returned to you at your expense.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
These items are final sale:

Limited edition drops
-
Pre-orders
-
Made-to-order items
-
Sale or discounted items
-
Gift cards
-
Digital items
-
Items washed, worn, or altered

Items not purchased through the official website
4. RETURN PROCESS
All returns must be submitted through the LDF Easy Exchange Portal.
Steps:

Submit request

Await approval

Follow provided instructions

Ship item with tracking

Item will be inspected upon arrival

Refund/exchange processed if approved
Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
5. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
6. LDF EASY EXCHANGE PORTAL — REQUIRED USE
(Integrated into Refund Policy)
To ensure accuracy and timely processing, all returns and exchanges must be initiated through the LDF Easy Exchange Portal.
The portal:

Matches your item to your order

Prevents incorrect submissions

Provides correct instructions

Ensures accurate size/color exchanges

Automates approval
-
Protects you from mistakes
-
Protects us from fraud and processing errors
Manual Returns
If you choose not to use the Portal:

You must follow manual instructions exactly
-
Manual returns are slower
-
Incorrect or unapproved returns may be rejected
Customer Responsibility
You must ensure you select:

The correct item
-
The correct size
-
The correct color
We cannot change an exchange request once the item becomes unavailable.
Portal Requests Are Prioritized
Portal submissions are processed before any manual or email request.
Policy Controls
If instructions conflict:
The Refund & Return Policy supersedes the Portal.
7. REFUNDS
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Restocking/processing fees may apply

Banks may take 3–10 business days to post the refund
8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Photos of defect
-
Photos of packaging
Damage caused by washing, misuse, or wear is not considered a defect.
9. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive the wrong item:

Contact us within 72 hours

Item must be unworn/unwashed

We will replace or refund after confirmation
10. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned items lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded.
Use tracked shipping.
11. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, Digidrop and LDF are not responsible for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages
-
Delays
-
Incorrect addresses submitted by customer
All claims must be filed with the carrier.
12. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for:

Customs fees
-
Duties
-
Taxes
-
Import delays
International orders are final sale unless defective.
13. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates these policies.
We reserve the right to:

Dispute chargebacks

Provide carrier proof of delivery

Report fraudulent chargebacks as needed
14. POLICY UPDATES
We may modify this Policy at any time.
Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
